The farmhouse is located in the heart of a pretty farming village in the region of Prekmurje. It is an unusual house as the facade is quite grand and detailed. Floors in the property are constructed from original wide wooden floor boards which are in good condition and can be restored. The ceilings are fairly high giving the property a spacious feeling. The land around the house is flat, great potential for a cottage garden. There are grape vines at the front of the property and near to the main door which give welcoming shade throughout the hot summers. The house is situated in the heart of the village, not on a main road.
