This is well proportioned large family house in need of some cosmetic updating in a quiet street just minutes from the centre of town.

House in Slovenske Konjice built in the beginning of the 70's in a nice and peaceful area. House needs some renovation.

The layout is extremely good: on the higher ground floor there are a kitchen, dining room and living room that could all be connected to form one very large space. There is also a bedroom and a bathroom.
